ADM

The American Development Model (ADM) is USA Hockey's nationwide blueprint for successfully developing youth hockey players. It is specifically designed to help kids reach their full potential. Upon completion of the Little Penguins Learn to Play Hockey program, kids from ages 5 to 8 are equipped with the proper skills to enter the ADM program.

ADM 1 & 2 

• Kids are placed in two different groups based on skill level (ADM 1 & ADM 2)
• Station-based practices, small-area games, and cross-ice competition
• More repetitions, puck touches, and skill development
• 40-50 on-ice sessions
• Gameday weekends
• Additional skills sessions (20-25) are available

ADM Selects

• Must be registered for ADM 1 & 2 to be eligible
• 20-24 additional weekday practices
• White team (7-8 tournaments)
• Blue team (4 tournaments)
